Siparos is a seasonal restaurant that opened since May 2009 in a seaside area near Santa Maria. Its name is influenced by a type of mistral that Venetian ships were carrying those years, as it was opened with the light wind blow. The same wind inspired us to give this name, because of the same feeling that we have when we are gazing at the sea, its like travelling by boat.
In this journey we need you to share experiences and authentic flavors. The ingredients are all around us , in the earth in the sea, we only have to respect them and promote them through our recipes given by our grandmother and by our island’s tradition .
